01. Submit application form
Submit to Korea Busan-Ulsan-Gyeongnam China Chamber Of Commerce & Industry email -
02. Receive email on approval for participation
Companies approved to participate will receive notification after review

03. Deposit payment
50% of total booth costs within 7 days of receiving approval email

04. Remaining payment
50% of total booth costs + facilities fee -
05. Opening of the H2WORLD 2020

Raw Space
[3,300,000 Korean won/1 booth]
- Booth space : 3m x 3m
- Provided item : only exhibit space (independent design and construction)
- Separate costs related to raw space installations
(imposed on exhibitor)
Discount Scheme
- 30%: discount for early applications (by June 30)
- 15%: discount for applications received during pre-registration (by July 31)
- 10%: discount if applying for more than 6 standard booths or 8 raw spaces
- 5%: discount for government departments, municipalities, non-profit organizations
